Meet Our Staff

Bill O'Neil started working as a salesman at Ray O'Neil Buick in Woodbury, NJ, in 1984 and shortly after became a Nissan Dealer in 1986. In 1988, Bill moved the dealership from Hatboro to Street Road in Warminster, PA. Bill is one of three dealers in the country to win the Owner First Award of Excellence for 14 straight years.

Maggie O'Neil started working in the service department at O'Neil Nissan in 2010 after graduating from Bloomsburg University. Maggie worked as a service advisor before becoming Executive Manager in the dealership where her number one priority is customer satisfaction.

Drew is referred to as a lifer in the car business. His career started out in the automotive industry when he was only 14 years old. He began working for his father’s Used Car Dealership located on the famous Route 1 in Langhorne PA. Drew quickly worked his way up the ranks from Lot attendant to General Manager. Drew graduated Cum Laude from Temple University with a major in Advertising and a minor in Marketing. Drew has over 20 years of experience with the Nissan Brand, working for other local Nissan dealers. He prides himself on customer satisfaction and breaking sales records with the approach of the customer and his team always come first. His dad will always be his role model and hero.

John Arpa grew up in Bensalem and graduated from Bensalem High School in 1998. John has been in the car business for twenty years, all twenty with Nissan. John is married to Nicole Arpa and together they have three beautiful daughters that he spends most of his time without outside of Nissan. In his spare time, John frequently plays golf. John has been at O'Neil for two years and thoroughly enjoys meeting all of our local customers.

Max Hamilton - Max started working at O'Neil in 2013 as a sales consultant. Previously a college athlete, soccer allowed Max to travel around the country. Max quickly took to the car business and in 2017 was promoted to used car manager.

Joe Grossman has been working at O'Neil Nissan since 2014. Joe started his career in the direct marketing business. Joe also dived into the natural organic supplement store before he discovered his true passion is marketing automobiles and growing fleet sales for large and small businesses. Joe grew up in Northeast Philadelphia and moved to the area in 1987. Joe is looking forward to helping you with all of your commercial, fleet, and transportation needs.

Tom has over thirty years of experience working as Finance Manager at O'Neil Nissan. Tom started with O'Neil at our original location in Hatboro. He grew up in Willow Grove and attended Upper Moreland High school graduating class of 1980. Tom has long relationships with financial institutions large and small and enjoys assisting customers with all of their financing needs.

Rob Giamo started working in 1993 at Gegnas Chrysler Plymouth as a sales consultant. After Gegnas was sold, Rob went to Gold Brand Subaru Saab as a finance manager before becoming a special finance manager at O'Neil Nissan in 1996. Rob is an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan and enjoys golfing in his spare time.
