Very easy to get oil change without prior appt. Staff are always friendly. Also, my family and friends have puchased over 10 cars from Rob Giamo over the past 15+ years. Always a great experience!
There's a big waiting room with nice seating, water, snacks, a custom-cup coffee maker, and a big screen TV with the remote out so you can change the channel.
