I had great experience with this car dealer and Walt the sales person was attentive and made sure that all of the things I wanted done was taken car of before I picked up the car. Can’t say enough with dealing with O’Neil Nissan.
I’ve been thinking about a newer truck and I’ve been online so I have driven by a couple times and I stopped by to see a particular truck and I went inside and spoke with Louis Kaiser we drove the truck and we put a deal together that I was happy with it wasn’t that hard being retired after 40 years in the car business myself the people at ONeil were nice and interested in my happiness
This is my forth Nissan and because of the great service from Chey and Drew I now have to have my smile from ear to ear surgically removed. My cheeks hurt from smiling too much. O'Neil Nissan is there after the sale. Thank you Drew and Chey.
I was greeted by a young man and the service manager “Kitty”. They were more than happy to stay later and plug the tire for me. Kitty was amazingly polite and understanding. It is customer service such as this that will keep me coming back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

Your staff is always great. Kitty helped me and she was very professional as usual. I needed my oil changed and she told me that my air filters needed changing. They were very quick and efficient. I didn't really have to wait very long to have everything done. They even washed my car and I really appreciated that.
Eric and Drew were awesome to deal with as always. We are on car number 4 with them and they always deliver great service while making us feel like we got a great deal.

Amazing experience buying my new 2022 Pathfinder last week, the GM and his crew went an extra mile to accommodate my request. They are a bunch of good folks that genuinely care about their customers. Also, the ckeck out process was quicker than expected.

Checked for tire leak from small screw. I mentioned that a tire provider previously told be I would need a new tire as it was too close to the sidewall. I was pleased to see it was fixable and pleased that they didn't just try to sell me another tire.

Wonderful staff. Eric, my salesperson, made me very comfortable and thoroughly explained the process since this is the first time I purchased a car. Tom handled the bank. He, too, explained everything. Lease on my existing auto from another dealer was ending. They made that as convenient as possible by buying my leased auto. Love my new car!

I took advantage of a Tire Sale and purchased 4 new tire with mounting and balancing for the full service. I also had a few other minor things coimpleted and as always, quick, effificent, professional and I think I may end up purchasing my 6th vehicle from them real soon.

Place is great. Wish I got my maxima from here. Colonial service department needs to spend some time with O'Neil service. Even washed my car after I came in to replace one tire. Will be returning when my lease is up.
